We accept debit cards, credit cards, and major payment methods through our secure system.
- A minimum $250 deposit will be required prior to confirming your rental and will be charged to your credit/debit card until the return and inspection of the rental.
- The deposit will be 100% refunded unless any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductible, rental extensions, or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement).
Yes, you can add an additional driver who is not listed on your personal auto insurance policy, such as a friend instead of a spouse or family member. This allows them to drive the rental vehicle with full coverage for $25/day. The additional driver must meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver.
Unlike big corporate rental companies, we don’t believe in piling on hidden fees
or unnecessary charges. The fees we include are essential to remain compliant, legal, and operationally effective. This allows us to continue providing the best service while keeping our pricing transparent and straightforward.
Here is a transparent breakdown of our fees:
- Sales tax (7%)
- Rental Car Surcharge (RCS) $2.00 per day
- As of 2024, the state requires a surcharge of $2.00 per day on
the lease or rental of motor vehicles for a period of less than 12 months. - Card Processing fee (3.5%)
INSURANCE AND PROTECTION
- Yes, we require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance.
- You will be required to upload your insurance information for verification purposes.
- Keep in mind that you will be allowed to rent as long as your insurance company cover the vehicle repairs, however additional charges will accrue for Loss of Use (how long the vehicle is out of service) alongside the diminished value of the
vehicle. These charges may not be covered by your insurance company and you may be held personally liable if it is not covered by your personal insurance. - We recommend guest’s have Collision and Comprehensive insurance for best coverage
No, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on does not cover damage caused to another vehicle. However, the minimum state liability insurance that we require would cover any damage to another person’s vehicle.
As of this time you are not permitted to rent through this platform and would have
to book us on Turo.
RENTAL POLICIES
Our minimum booking age is 21 years old.
- A valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Liability insurance
- Credit or debit card for payment
For all rentals, we allow 150 miles per day. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.625 per mile.
At the moment, we do not allow out of country rentals.
No, we do not allow one-way rentals for any of our vehicles.
If the guest does not show up within 30 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.
There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.

- For our more local guest’s we offer FREE delivery within 5 miles of our primary location
- Custom pick-ups and drop-offs are permitted within 5-25 miles of our primary location ($90)

- Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is not refueled/charged to the level it was given, a fee of 2x the price of gas/electricity will be charged.
- We offer a prepaid refuel/recharge extra where you can return the vehicle with any amount of gas or charge (minimum 20% charge remaining required) for a flat rate of $50.
Yes, you can return the car early, but please note that rental fees will be adjusted based on the original rental agreement.
- Vehicles will be parked in the parking garage and the location of the vehicle willbe sent the day of pick up.
- The vehicle will be remotely unlocked when you arrive to the vehicle and the keywill be inside
- You must pay for parking to exit the garage but WILL be reimbursed via the following: Zelle, Applepay, Cashapp, or directly to your card.
- You can go to any Tesla charging/supercharging station and charge the vehicle without any issue. At the end of your trip you will receive an invoice of the charging fees accumulated throughout the trip
- There are also charging stations where it is free to charge the vehicle, however please keep in mind that those chargers will take longer, as they are not supercharging stations.
